Shifts are spread out all over campus and are usually 2-3 hours in length. To see the locations and sign up for shifts, please click the button below. Put your name and contact information in the “Master Volunteer” tab and then sign up for open timeslots on the other tabs. All volunteers will be provided information about the logistics of your shift prior to your first day. Thank you in advance for your support!

Off Campus Life – Rental Welcome
September 2, 3, 4 and 9, 10, 11 from 10 a.m. - noon
The Fall Rental Welcome will be held in the single family neighborhoods adjacent to the UF campus. UF staff will be going door to door and educating students living in rental houses on various topics including city codes, parking, crime prevention, garbage disposal, recycling, overflow garbage and COVID-19 safety tips. Volunteers from various UF offices will visit around 500 houses over the six days of this event and will distribute important educational materials and provide in person answers to student questions.

Great Gator Welcome Film Fest
September 4 from 5 – 11:30 p.m.
The event will be held at the O’Connell Center.
Fifty volunteers for crowd management, check in, etc. are needed.
