This site is for UF Division of Student Life employees only, to report sponsorship requests that impact the Gator Student Experience.
The form below is used to manage our Division of Student Life sponsorship efforts by:
- Reporting (not requesting) sponsorship activity
- Ensuring sponsorship activity is managed as charitable gift-giving
- Appropriate stewardship of any financial donation or in-kind gift-giving
- Accessing all the documents associated with sponsorship
- Ensuring compliance with national, state, and university laws and regulations
